*Septic systems: Our septic systems are fragile, items such as feminine products, paper towels, excess toilet paper, or anything else that does not belong in a toilet can cause a backup in the system. Additional charges will apply in the event you cause a clogged toilet.

*ADDITIONAL CHARGES THAT WILL APPLY IF ISSUES BELOW ARRISE: (please read the rental agreement in full to see all details)

- $500 - smoking inside and/or smoking debris left outside for cleanup.
- $100 - moved/relocated furniture.
- $450 - frozen/locked HVAC unit (caused when the thermostat is lower than 68°F in the summer months and higher than 75°F in the winter months).
-$200 - Trash issues.
-$250 - Hot Tub issues caused by guests
- $90 - each clogged toilet.

  The house was very clean, close distance to everything we wanted to do while we stayed. Love that they allowed our dogs. Bed and bedding was very comfortable. Overall good experience
  Suggestions definitely needs an outside fire pit

  Appliances need to be working at all times so guess can use what is stated is available to them example toaster remote control Xbox
  Definitely needs directions on how to use TV how to plug in use DVR player Xbox player Etc
  The one evening we decided to enjoy the home and watch a movie nothing more disappointing when you don't know how to use the TV and there's no guidelines no directions and one of the remotes needed batteries.
  Yes of course the company got my message and promptly got back and brought batteries to the house but that was the next day again as much as I'm paying for a rental $1,300 and some change for 4 nights I certainly expect things to be up to par as listed.
  My only other suggestion would be some sort of privacy on the one side of the beautiful home simply because of how close the neighbors are.
  We would certainly stay there again but again I think the value for the cost and condition might lean me to look for something different.
