*Septic systems: Our septic systems are fragile, items such as feminine products, paper towels, excess toilet paper, or anything else that does not belong in a toilet can cause a backup in the system. Additional charges will apply in the event you cause a clogged toilet.

*ADDITIONAL CHARGES THAT WILL APPLY IF ISSUES BELOW ARRISE: (please read the rental agreement in full to see all details)

- $500 - smoking inside and/or smoking debris left outside for cleanup.
- $100 - moved/relocated furniture.
- $450 - frozen/locked HVAC unit (caused when the thermostat is lower than 68°F in the summer months and higher than 75°F in the winter months).
-$200 - Trash issues.
-$250 - Hot Tub issues caused by guests
- $90 - each clogged toilet.

  House is in a beautiful location. Close to Berkeley Spings State park and Cacapon state park. Hot tub was a hit with adults and children. Kitchen is small and well stocked. Bedding is nice quality. Air conditioning was a little cold upstairs and not very apparent downstairs. Main floor was comfortable.
  Potomac leasing provided all information/customer support needed.
